New Firm Spotlight

Van Osdol & Magruder PC is a fourteen attorney firm based in Kansas City, Missouri.  Often referred to as “The Biggest Little Law Firm in Kansas City,” the firm traces its roots back to the 1920’s when founder, Frank H. Terrell, began practicing law with other local community leaders.

Known for achieving positive client outcomes in both transactional and litigation matters, the firm provides representation in a wide array of practice areas, including estate and succession planning, taxation, healthcare, securities, real estate, charities and non-profits, and labor and employment.  The firm is especially proud of its work on behalf of Children International, an organization dedicated to providing critical assistance to children and families struggling with severe poverty.

The firm’s decision to join Legal Netlink Alliance was prompted by multiple recommendations and similar philosophies.  “We heard very positive information about LNA from both within and outside our firm.  And the approach that other member firms have to the practice of law is very similar to ours,” said Coxe.  “It was natural to want to be a part of this type of organization, and we are looking forward to fostering good, strong relationships with other member firms across the country and globe.”
