JLSW Janaszczyk Lis & Wspólnicy is pleased to announce that it advised Karlik sp. z o.o. (Renault Karlik) on the acquisition of the Renault and Dacia dealership business previously operated by Pieluszyńska sp. z o.o.

The transaction marks another strategic step in the continued growth of the Karlik Group, one of the best-known automotive dealer groups in the Greater Poland region, and further strengthens its position in the regional automotive market.

Publicly available information indicates that both parties are active in the sale of passenger vehicles and vans, as well as servicing and repair services in the Wielkopolska region. The concentration also required clearance from the President of the Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK).

Karlik Group has built a broad multi-brand automotive platform over the years, representing several leading manufacturers and maintaining a significant presence in the Poznań market. The addition of the acquired Renault and Dacia dealership operations further consolidates its footprint in a competitive and evolving sector.

• drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation,
• signing and closing support, and
• representation before UOKiK in obtaining merger clearance.
