EPGD Business Law is proud to announce the promotion of Francisco León de la Barra to Partner, recognizing his exceptional contributions to the firm and his clients.

Francisco has been a key member of EPGD’s Real Estate and Business Law teams, providing strategic counsel to individuals, investors, developers, and lenders in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. His practice spans acquisitions, financing, dispositions, and complex commercial matters, where his business-minded approach and attention to detail have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor.

In addition to real estate, Francisco represents owner-operators and closely held businesses, taking the time to understand each client’s goals and deliver practical, results-driven legal solutions. His ability to bridge legal strategy with real-world business needs has been a significant asset to the firm.

Born in Rancagua, Chile, and raised in Miami, Florida, Francisco attended Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, graduating in 2006. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, in Business Management from Florida International University in 2010, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2013.

Francisco is admitted to practice in Florida (2013) and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2015). He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Active in the legal community, Francisco is a member of the American Bar Association and the Cuban Bar Association, demonstrating his commitment to professional engagement and service.
