Seiller Waterman LLC is celebrating a change of hands: as David Cantor steps back from his role as Managing Partner, after more than 25 years of leadership, Kenneth Kinderman takes over, in a smooth transition.

David has been an integral part of our firm's success, guiding us through multiple mergers and countless challenges, while contributing to our growth and reputation. As leader of the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group of the firm, David concentrates his practice nearly exclusively in financial restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation matters in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana.

Cantor is a top rated bankruptcy attorney in Louisville and is recognized by peers and was selected to Super Lawyers for 2007 - 2009, 2012 - 2024.

Ken Kinderman has been with Seiller Waterman for more than a decade. His practice is focused on general business and tax law practice, including estate and elder law planning, probate, business sales and acquisitions, IRS controversy work.

Ken graduated University of Miami School of Law as well as Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. Mr Kinderman has an impressive track record in the legal industry, with a deep understanding of Seiller Waterman values and vision. His expertise and strategic thinking will undoubtedly propel our firm to new heights.
