Kramon & Graham attorney Sam Weisbaum successfully assisted the sales of QI Services, LLC, KI Services, LLC, and PCH Logistics Inc., providers of freight forwarding services, supply chain transportation logistics, truck brokerage, and other transportation services for both domestic and international freight.

The successful takeover by Allstates WorldCargo, Inc., a provider of worldwide logistics and transportation services, was announced on earlier in April. QI Services, KI Services, and PCH Logistics have a longstanding relationship with Allstates WorldCargo, as they have worked together over a number of years to jointly service clients. The existing relationship will help accelerate the integration and growth of the businesses. 

As part of the process, Chesapeake Corporate Advisors served as exclusive financial advisors working closely with Associate Sam Weisbaum.

Weisbaum represents clients in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, asset transfers, purchase and sale transactions, commercial contract negotiation and internal corporate governance. He assists closely held business and nonprofit entities with corporate planning and business structuring matters.

Sam also represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including, acquisition and disposition of single assets and portfolios, construction financing and restructuring, leasing on behalf of landlords and tenants, joint ventures, and land use and development.
