RBMS is pleased to announce the promotion to Partners of Filipa Elias, Susana Esteves Pires and Rosalie Oliveira Santos, lawyers who have been part of the Firm for many years.

This recognition is a reflection of the commitment and excellence of the work carried out by our colleagues and it marks the continuous investment in organic growth, for which RBMS stands out.

Filipa Elias began her professional career at RBMS and is part of the Criminal and Administrative Offenses department. She has around 15 years of experience in this area where she has worked mainly on economic and financial crime cases. Filipa has a postgraduate degree in criminal legal sciences and also has experience in the practice area of ​​Sports Law, in aspects of disciplinary procedures.

Susana Esteves Pires also began her career in our firm 15 years ago and is part of the Real Estate department where she has dedicated herself to the development of complex real estate operations, topics related to construction, as well as the respective litigation, and also the development of matters of real estate appreciation, particularly in areas of structuring and monetizing environmentally sustainable developments. She also takes on the coordination of the RBMS office in the Algarve.

Rosalie Oliveira Santos is part of the Civil Litigation department, an area in which she has 18 years of experience, with a special focus on credit recovery, international asset recovery, restructuring and insolvency. Her professional career, which began in the area of ​​bank and consumer credit recovery, is currently focusing on monitoring differentiated, complex and challenging processes for national and international clients.
