Malcolm joins the firm with a wealth of experience in both industry and in the legal sector.A former CEO of major Scottish businesses, industry representative bodies and legal businesses, Malcolm brings his vast expertise working both in the public and private sectors.

His previous legal roles have included McLay Murray & Spens, ESPC and Simpson and Marwick.
