Land transactions, wills and successions, partnership and option agreements are cornerstones of the Stamford-based practice at Chattertons. Jonathan Blythe leads the group, with expertise in property transactions and family partnership agreements. Commercial property

Chattertons‘ team has a noted strength in development and property investment matters. The ’extensively knowledgeable’ Jonathan Blythe leads the team. May Ozga is an experienced handling landlord and tenant transactions, while Jo Ladds works closely with developers, promoters and landowners on residential-led development schemes and renewable energy projects. Katherine Bunting handles a spread of commercial, agricultural, and residential property transactions, and Samantha East is noted for her work on complex acquisitions and disposals.
