BALÁZS KOVÁTSITS Legal Partnership was established in 1995 and counts nine lawyers (four partners and five lawyers) at the moment. Our clients are medium and large size foreign companies and/or their Hungarian affiliates. We also represent numerous multinational company groups in Hungary. We represent our clients in economic and commercial legal matters, mainly in cases having international aspects. We provide our services in English, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish besides Hungarian. Further to the most important fields of business law (issues related to corporate law, real estate law, commercial law, labour law and law of contracts), our Legal Partnership is specialized and has significant experience in construction law (including FIDIC – contracts), intellectual property law, business immigration law, environmental law, energy law, public procurement law, registration of food and pharmaceutical products, litigation and arbitration. In co-operation with external advisors, we are able to offer complex services in our clients’ business operations including investment and financial counselling, tax advice, book-keeping, auditing and real property management. Dr. Tamás BALÁZS Managing Partner, Professor of Law is a member of the Arbitration Court of the Polish Chamber of Commerce (Warsaw). He is also the president of the Hungarian Society of Construction Law.
