Construction Litigation

Kramon & Graham represents construction clients in the prosecution and defense of construction and design defect claims, payment claims, mechanics' lien actions, government contract claims, insurance coverage disputes, delay claims, and Miller Act claims. The firm's successful resolution of construction defect claims includes matters involving high-rise fires, structural collapses, geotechnical failures, roof and building envelope issues, condominium defect claims, and collection disputes. Kramon & Graham's lawyers have served as lead defense counsel in many of Maryland's most notable state and federal investigations and prosecutions.
