RH Rothenbuehler Haensli Attorneys at Law was originally founded in 1991. Since 2009 our law firm is located at Roktreuz, Canton of Zug, in the central part of Switzerland. Our clientele is made up of small and medium sized commercial and industrial businesses, whom we advise in drafting an negotiating Swiss and international contracts, in insurance, liability and traffic law; in corporate law matters, particularly in the establishing of companies, regarding cross border execution of claims and judgments as well as in family law and estate planning matters. We litigate in most of the state courts of the German speaking part of Switzerland and in national and international arbitration cases.
